Different strokes for different folks

Color Realism and Painterly Tattoos
This is a style that can take much longer to complete, but the level of detail and depth can result in a tattoo that feels like a painting on skin.
— Can be inspired by real photos or paintings, creating homages to art history
— Can be inspired by florals or real life objects
Neotraditional and Illustrative Color Tattoos
My favorite style, for how well it ages and the selective detail that really brings attention to it. It is known for:
— A play with thick and thin lines
— Bold colors in harmonious color schemes
— Made to age incredibly well
Illustrative Black and Grey Tattoos
A very popular style for how easy it is to match to other tattoos of different subject matter, and even clothing.
— Easy to match when it comes to creating a cohesive collection
— Potential to pop through the use of contrast
Ornamental
Abstract designs that are meant to decorate the body, and sometimes enhance the existing flow of the muscles and body.
This can be great for:
— Having a badass look without necessarily committing to a particular subject matter
— Blastover projects (covering old tattoos without hiding it all)
Other Styles
As we are a walk in shop, I get to tattoo a variety of different styles! This includes, but is not limited to:
— Script (words like names or song lyrics)
— Fineline (using very small needles)
— Blackwork (no shading, using black only)
